With a robust background in neurology and a strong commitment to patient care and research, I bring a wealth of experience to my role as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at Hallet Hospital, GSVM, UP. My journey in the field began in Aug 2015 as a Junior Resident in Medicine at SRN Hospital, MLN Medical College, Prayagraj, UP, where I honed my clinical skills and developed a deep understanding of medical care.

In Sep 2018, I transitioned to a Senior Resident position in Neurology at Safdarjung Hospital, VMMC, New Delhi, further specializing in neurological disorders. This experience laid the foundation for my subsequent roles, including Senior Resident at the Department of Neurology, SGPGIMS, Lucknow, UP, from Aug 2019 to Aug 2022, and Post DM Senior Residency at the same institution from 29th Aug 2022 to 28th Nov 2022.

Throughout my career, I have actively engaged in academic pursuits, presenting papers and cases in various seminars and journal clubs. I have also participated in interdepartmental educational meetings and conferences, contributing to the exchange of knowledge and best practices in neurology.

My areas of interest include demyelinating diseases, stroke, CNS infections (particularly TBM and viral encephalitis), headache disorders, epilepsy, autoimmune encephalitis, myopathy, neuropathy, myasthenia gravis, and other neuromuscular junction disorders, as well as Parkinson’s disease and other neurodegenerative conditions.

One of my key strengths is my commendable assessment skills, which enable me to diagnose and manage complex neurological cases effectively. I am adept at working under pressure and collaborate seamlessly with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other hospital personnel, to deliver comprehensive patient care.

I possess excellent communication skills, which allow me to establish rapport with patients and their families, ensuring they are well-informed and involved in their care journey. Additionally, my attention to detail and passion for research drive me to seek innovative solutions and contribute to the advancement of neurological science.
